After a long search and looking into various options, we have not one but two homes!   The first is our official headquarters: The Seafront Centre, Church Street, Golspie.  Many thanks to the Sutherland Outdoor Activities Project for allowing us use of the space.  We intend to use this as our centre for operations, coffee refills and general meeting spot. Have have now ordered the first skiff kit.  It should be with us within 3 months. We have yet to secure premises for the build and have a long road to go before we can put glue to wood.
